Group Workshops

Three different workshops were delivered during the event. The key focus of all the workshops was to facilitate small group working through exercises and discussions. The interactivity of the workshops enabled delegates to discuss problems and generate ideas and/or solutions to problems in a small group of individuals from multiple countries.

Each workshop was designed to address one of the three themes of the ANSFR Project and the Fire Risk in Europe Conference.

Each workshop lasted one hour and was attended by approximately 40 delegates sitting on small tables of eight. Workshop leaders delivered three identical sessions of their workshop, which ensured that all delegates had the opportunity to attend all three workshops.

Further information about the three individual workshops can be viewed by clicking the links below:

Workshop A - "Social Marketing: An Introduction" - led by Paul Usher of Hippo Creative, and Kim Davis, Lucy Swann and Rebecca Johnson of Explain Market Research Ltd.

Workshop B - "Working Together with Juvenile Firesetters - What Works?" - led by Brita Somerkoski and Timo Loponen of the Emergency Services College Finland

Workshop C - "Wildfire Workshop" - led by Steve Gibson of Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service
